I want to say thanks to everyone for their concern, support and prayers! God is all over this. I already got the ball rolling for her to be in the ECI program to help w development. Yesterday we tried to do her genetic testing but insurance said they would not cover it. I called insurance this morning to plead with them and they agreed to cover Claire for the genetic testing!!!!!!!!!!!!! so we can find out what is causing her seizures. PRAISE THE LORD!! Also- Dr Wilfong. is AMAZING. Brilliant guy. We didn't know what to expect. - We were thinking the appointment would maybe be 30 min...vague answers.. but no way. He spent TWO hours with us yesterday. explaining in detail everything. His staff is also amazing. I feel so blessed that he was willing to see Claire! A big thanks to some special people who helped us get in to see him..

Just left Dr Wilfong's office and short answer- Claire has Cryptogenic (meaning unknown cause) Generalized Epilepsy with epileptic spasms. We have another EEG in 2 weeks and genetic testing. We start on medicine today.
